We warrant that the equipment will be free from defects and that the materials and workmanship will conform to manufacturers specifications.

Warranty
We provide a full 5 year factory warranty for the parts in the system. Factory warranty means that if you relocate your business to an area not serviced by Access or Collier, we will continue to service your warranty through the vendor for that region.

Time & Material
No guaranteed response time, our goal is 24-48 hour turnaround
Service and repairs will be billed at $95.00 per hour, plus parts & travel
