Pre-Installation
Coordination of WAN Services
Our customer service representative will order and coordinate
all services from the designated service provider (Verizon,
Sprint, NuVox, USLEC, etc). They will also manage any moves,
adds, or changes, or your long distance service and data circuits
if warranted.
Design Meeting
Your database specialist will meet with you to compile database
information, address installation issues, and develop an
implementation schedule.
On-Site Training
Before system cut-over our customer service representative will
conduct training classes with your staff, to ensure that when
the system is operational your staff will be comfortable with
their new system.
System Administrator & Operator Training
The staff members you designate will be trained in specialty
areas, such as operator functionality and applicable customer
database programming.
During Installation
On-Site Support After Cut-over
We realize that a new system can be overwhelming to your staff.
Our customer service representatives will be on-site to provide
support and, if necessary, will offer one-on-one training until
your staff is comfortable with the system.
Database Changes
If after cut-over you find that alterations to the system
programming would be beneficial to your business, we will
provide programming changes within the first thirty days after
cut-over at no charge.
Post Installation
Total Quality Management
A meeting will be conducted with your designee to determine
if any changes or modifications are required to maximize
your communications platform.
